Located on Cancun’s Northern Coast, directly across from beautiful Isla Mujeres is the spectacular Villa Sha. This luxurious 6-suite property boasts state of the art technology combined with sumptuous Caribbean decor accented by details in each and every space. Designed by renowned Mexican architect Artigas Villa Sha is an absolutely beautiful beachfront house that will excite, sooth and refresh its guests with every turn. No detail has been forgotten and the property’s amenities are sure you make your stay one of your most memorable ever.
The outdoor terrace, lounge and pool bar may be where you spend most of your time, enjoying alfresco meals and poolside cocktails, all while gazing out over the Caribbean Sea. Villa Sha also boasts direct access to the beach and a private sundeck/yacht dock equipped with sunbeds and overwater hammocks. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining area, bar and spacious lounge areas, making it easy to gather as a group or break away for more intimate moments.
During your stay, there will be two housekeepers, a private chef, a barman and a waiter to assist with any requirements you may have. Additionally, general maintenance staff, a security guard and property manager/concierge services are provided to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Feeling active? Van Dutch Yachts are on call. Feel free to book time to fish, snorkel, dive or just to venture out to Playa Norte for a day trip. If you would like to stay on land, Golf and spas are only a few minutes away at Playa Mujeres complex. Rafael Nadal’s Tennis Academy is also close by and classes or court rental can also be arranged by our staff.
The property location is ideal. Within a 20-minute radius you can find anything from Cancun’s lively hotel zone, full of shops and restaurants, to idyllic, practically undiscovered beaches such as Isla Blanca.
